She’s worked on every type of brief you can think of, both as a creative and as a talent director which means she really know how to match the right creatives to each brief.

She possesses a deep-rooted understanding of the creative process, agency dynamics, and the unique qualities that define exceptional talent.

Her experience allows her to identify not only established stars but also emerging creatives with immense potential. This insider's perspective enables her to create perfect matches between creatives and agencies.
